Helsinki Pride is the largest celebration of LGBTQ+ community and the largest human rights event in Finland. Pride Week is at the end of June and the beginning of July—or one week after Midsummer.
The events kick off on Monday, with outdoor sporting events. Epic parties, a rainbow fair, and outdoor activities take place over the course of the week.
Everything culminates with the Pride Parade which runs through the center of the city. The Parade starts at 1 pm at Senate Square and makes its way to Kaivopuisto Park.
Clubs and bars are completely alive during this week, keeping everyone in a celebratory mood throughout.
We believe that LGBTQ+ people deserve safe vacations that allow them to be their authentic selves. That's why our City Guides aren't locked behind a paywall. Can you contribute today?
